The Fiji flag is very suiting for such a beautiful tropical country. The flag is a lovely pale blue colour which always reminds me of the tropical waters which the country is known for. The flag contains the Union Jack in the top left corner and also the country's shield in the centre of the right side of the flag. The shield contains a lion holding a cocoa pod at the top, with a cross below and in each segment of the cross features a sugar cane, coconut palm, bunch of bananas and a dove of peace.
