About Me And My Time In Fiji

Hi I’m Mescha and I love spending time in Fiji and that is why I decided to create this site. After a decade of holidaying and having so many wonderful experiences and happy times I wanted to spread the word about this beautiful tropical paradise and why you should plan your next break their.

Fiji has a wonderful climate and also wonderful people. It is such a relaxed, slow paced country which means you have to take a step back, slow down and give yourself some well deserved rest and relaxation to recharge your batteries for the coming months. To tell you the truth the first year I ever went to Fiji I didn’t enjoy it so much. It wasn’t the country that I didn’t enjoy but I didn’t enjoy having to slow myself down, to learn just to sit down and have some quality relaxing time reading a book on the beach, bathing in the sea or just sitting enjoying getting a little bit of a sun tan. I am a very active person, always on the go with so much to get done so this was very foreign to me. Now that I have learnt that it is good for me to have a bit of time out I just love spending time in Fiji, it is like home to me, it is the one time of the year that I do just have some quality time and I can do nothing if I really want to.

I have built the site from more of a locals perspective but for tourist so there are lots of tips and advice that unless you had traveled and spent plenty of time in Fiji you wouldn’t really know about. I have family who are there and have also meet a number of other local expats on my travels so have picked up lots of pieces of advice that you generally wouldn’t hear about.

Fiji is a fabulous country that I felt would make a great topic to create a website around using my knowledge.
